Are you a devoted and certified educator with a drive to assist students in reaching their academic heights? We are in search of Home Tutor’s, adept in KS3 and KS4, specialising in Maths, English, and additional subjects. This position offers flexibility, whether you opt for full-time or part-time hours, providing a chance to significantly influence our students' academic success within the familiarity of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional one-on-one tutoring sessions, ensuring thorough coverage of the subject matter.

Develop tailored lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the national curriculum, catering to each student's unique learning needs.

Assess and regularly monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to optimize learning outcomes.

Cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment to inspire student excellence.

Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, offering feedback on student progress and addressing concerns.

Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification.

Previous experience as a Home Tutor, particularly at the GCSE level, is highly desirable.

Profound knowledge and expertise in Maths and English, with the ability to teach other subjects being advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping students achieve academic goals.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours tailored to your availability. Whether you seek full-time or part-time work, our schedule can accommodate yours. The role includes 1 to 2 hours of planning time per student, depending on the length of tutoring sessions.
