Rate: £18.00 p/h CIS

We are representing a well-established client in the property management industry, responsible for maintaining and upgrading multiple student accommodation sites across Liverpool. The client is committed to providing a high-quality living environment for students and is seeking a dedicated and skilled painter to join their team immediately.
Job Description:
The client is looking for an experienced painter to undertake an on-going role, working across various student accommodation sites in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all painting tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of living spaces for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and doors.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired look and consistency.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks across multiple sites.
Communicate effectively with site managers and other team members to coordinate work schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter, preferably with experience in residential or commercial properties.
Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical condition and stamina.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license and own transport (preferred but not essential). What We Offer:
