Exciting Opportunity for a Humanities Teacher in Wandsworth

Are you a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher? We are seeking an inspiring Humanities Teacher to join our dynamic co ed secondary school in Wandsworth. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact on students' academic journey in a supportive and vibrant environment.

Humanities Teacher Responsibilities:

Teach Geography at Key Stage 3 and History at Key Stage 4.
Develop and deliver engaging and stimulating lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Humanities curriculum and share best practices.
Support extracurricular activities related to Humanities subjects.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
Humanities Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience in teaching Humanities subjects at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge in Geography and History.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
