NRL are working with a leading client who require a permanent Admin Clerk to join the team on a permanent basis, based in Middlesbrough, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

· Maintain records of cargo in/out of warehouse

· Data input into system

· Assisst manager with approval cost invoices for warehouse into system

· Deal with Admin duties.

· Provide assistance to other team members in the warehouse as requested by management.

· Communicate with operational teams in other offices

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Task 1--- Manage reports

1.1 Work with daily reports from hauliers for up coming cargoes.

1.2 Cross reference daily reports with cargo arrival.

1.3 Take & maintain photographic evidence of cargo arrivals. Upload into freight system.

1.4 Data input on freight system for cargo arrival

1.5 Run reports on cargoes overpacked from freight system.

1.6 Generate load out reports from system

1.7 Communicate with operational team

1.8 Document control.

1.9 Use PDA system to book in pack up and transactionally load out and keep BLU system up to date

1.10 General filing

1.11 General Admin duties.

The job holder will need to be able demonstrate:

· Good numeric and communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Good telephone manner

· Ability to deal with several tasks at once

· Assertiveness

· Ability to prioritise

· Flexibility

· Excel knowledge

· Good eye for detail for cross referencing documents and tally sheets

· Accuracy and expedience
