QA Technician

Taskmaster resources ltd are currently seeking a QA Technician to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes.

Main duties include:

* Generation and maintenance of sample collection plan

* Sample loading, maintenance of schedules

* Paperwork review, completion, and filing

* Update and maintain weekly code calendar

* Completion of weekly fridge and water temperature checks

* Brine sample collection as and when required

* Generating and completing of curing records

* Probe calibration; as per required frequency

* Packaging audit; as per required frequency

* Area audits to cover; GMP, CCPs, Procedure adherence, Traceability, Batch numbers, PPE, integrity, Equipment adherence, foreign bodies (this list is not exhaustive)

* Check weighing

Candidate requirements include:

* Reliability and good timekeeping

* Conscientious

* Possess a team ethic

* Positive mental attitude

* Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions.

* Confidentiality with attention to detail and accuracy

* Always conduct themselves in a responsible and courteous manner

* Co-operative, enthusiastic, and orderly approach

* Excellent communication skills & team player

Pay rate: £13.58 (can increase to £17 once fully trained)

Working hours:

* Monday to Thursday 15:00 - 23:30

* Friday 13:30-20:30

Working 39hours but get paid 40 hours a week.
