The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience, and will have experience of holding a case load and working with complex cases
The team works with adults aged 18-75 with a enduring mental health diagnoses to meet their social care needs, and is separate from the clinical community mental health team. Benefits:
