Location: Multi-site role (Staffordshire, Stoke, Worcestershire, Birmingham, Cheshire, Wirral and Liverpool) - FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
Salary: £36,000 per annum + £2000 car allowance (with mileage paid at 45p per mile - up to 1st 10000 miles)
An excellent and exciting opportunity has become available with a recognised and established provider for a Peripatetic Support Manager to oversee their Midlands and North West supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is the perfect opportunity for an established manager, with a proven background supporting adults with learning disabilities within supported living settings, who is seeking their next challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management: Inspire and lead a team of support staff across multiple sites.
- Service Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services. You will support several clients across both settings. One of your settings specialises in person-centred care and support for adults with learning disabilities, and the other for adults with complex mental health needs.
- Quality Assurance Ensure services comply with CQC standards and provide excellent quality care.
- Staff Development: Support and develop staff through training and mentoring initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other managers and stakeholders to enhance overall service delivery.
To be successful within this role you need to have proven experience in a management role, have a strong knowledge around CQC, be a problem solver with a proactive and can do attitude. The NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management is preferred. However, if you are committed to achieving this within a set time-frame, please also apply.
