Job Title: Classroom Assistant (Flexible Long Term Supply)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to join us on a flexible long-term supply basis in various Primary Settings across Yateley. Key Responsibilities:

As a Classroom Assistant you will assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing support to individual students or small groups as needed.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all children feel supported and valued.
Help to create and organise learning resources, ensuring they are accessible and appropriate for students' needs.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN), providing additional assistance and implementing strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies, promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagement.Requirements for a Classroom Assistant:

Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school or educational setting.
A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work across different year groups and school environments.
Basic understanding of child safeguarding and the ability to adhere to school policies and procedures.
