Job Title: Fabric Engineer Location: Boston, Lincolnshire - £33k

Job Description:

* Conducting general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities on various building systems and equipment.

* Performing carpentry works such as repairs, installations, and refurbishments as required.

* Undertaking painting tasks

* Undertaking plumbing tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and systems.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Assisting with other maintenance tasks and projects as directed by management.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.

* Strong background in fabric maintenance with good carpentry and plumbing skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
