Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:
* Capable of working to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects.
* Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
* You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately.
* Keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures.
* Safe systems of working, have good verbal and written communication.
To be successful for this Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have:
* Background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
* Either C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
* Basic IT skills.
* Preferably with Microsoft package.
* The ability to work under pressure.
* Being able to manage and work to deadlines.
