Our client, a thriving organisation based in West Bromwich, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team and contribute to the success of their finance department, this opportunity provides you with the chance to showcase your skills and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable activities, including processing invoices, matching, and coding.
Ensure accuracy in vendor payments, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support to the finance team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in management accounts or accounts payable is required.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse financial data.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
