IT Trainer - 9-month FTC - Manchester
Seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join a team reporting to the IT Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a variety of IT training solutions tailored to the needs of both legal and non-legal teams. Your role will involve supporting ongoing training initiatives and managing bespoke projects that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training on widely used software, including Microsoft Office, and specialized in-house applications.
* Develop and maintain training materials such as eLearning resources, manuals, and exercises.
* Provide end-to-end project support for IT training requirements.
* Mentor and coach learners, offering constructive feedback.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
* Travel to various UK and European offices to deliver training as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Relevant IT or Training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Microsoft Certified Trainer).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and learning technologies.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and engage learners with diverse learning styles.
This is a 9-month FTC, offering hybrid working (2-3 days in the office) and £35k - £40k depending on experience.
