Building Surveyor – The Role:

As a pivotal member of the team, you'll be instrumental in the successful delivery of significant capital projects. Your expertise will ensure that every aspect of the developments meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Building Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting detailed surveys and inspections of buildings

- Providing expert advice on construction, maintenance, and repair projects

- Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors

- Producing comprehensive reports and recommendations

- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards

Building Surveyor – Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- RICS or equivalent qualification preferred
