A School, based in Leatherhead, Surrey are seeking Classroom Support Assistants, to join their team ASAP.

They are currently seeking Classroom Support to join their school-based team. As Classroom Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of our students through the provision of evidence-based psychological assessments, interventions, consultations and support within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify learning, emotional, and behavioral needs of students.
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to address identified needs of students.
Provide support to school staff in relation to student behavior management and academic progress.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Provide support and training to school staff on topics related to mental health and wellbeing, social-emotional learning, and behavior management.Qualifications and Skills:

A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
