You will provide integral support on administrative tasks, including managing system jobs, handing incoming queries and data input.

The day to day

* Inputting data onto company system, ensuring accuracy.

* Adding, tracking and monitoring jobs on the system, updating to reflect current status.

* Communicating with customers via telephone, handling any queries and providing clear information.

* Ensuring effective communication between internal & external parties to facilitate smooth project execution.

* Filing, scanning and maintaining records.

* Additional administrative tasks where required.

You will have/be

* Administration experience is desired.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Data inputting experience with Excel knowledge.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Well organised with excellent time management skills.
