Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of our business within the office furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for design, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and target potential clients, develop comprehensive sales plans, and execute strategies to achieve sales goals.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and solutions.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the office furniture or related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of design trends and office furniture products is a plus.
