Job Title: Office Coordinator - Glasgow

Location: Strathclyde, Glasgow City, Glasgow

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Consultancy

Salary: £13 - £13 per hour

Job Duties:

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events
Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory levels
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as required
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

Previous experience in office coordination or administration

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional courses in office administration or related field
Experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment

Working Conditions:

Contract position with full-time hours
Office-based role in Glasgow
Looking for an immediate start, this is a temporary role, with potential permanent in the future
