Guaranteed Income**: Start strong with a guaranteed minimum salary of up to £55,000 for the first 12 months, ensuring financial stability from day one.

We provide all your weekly appointments, which come with pre-agreed AIPs and an impressive sign-up rate higher than 90%. Whether you’re working from home or meeting clients face-to-face, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

About The New Homes Group

As a leader in the new homes market, we handled over 15,000 mortgage applications in 2023. With deep-rooted relationships with key mortgage lenders and national house builders, our team has unparalleled expertise in mortgage products tailored to the new homes sector.

As part of our 2024 expansion, we’re looking to add 3 more Mortgage and Protection Advisers to our team. This is your opportunity to secure an industry-leading salary package and exceptional career development.

What You Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 24 months of customer-facing residential mortgage and protection sales experience.
Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
