About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Islington, London. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator with Qualified Teacher Status to make a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys in a supportive environment.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):

A must-have for this role, ensuring a solid foundation in pedagogical principles and teaching methodologies.

• Proven Experience in Key Stage 2:

While not mandatory, previous experience teaching at Key Stage 2 level is highly valued, demonstrating an understanding of the curriculum and the developmental needs of students at this stage.

• Exceptional Communication Skills:

The ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents is crucial for fostering positive relationships and facilitating learning.

• Strong Organisational Skills:

With the demands of teaching, excellent organisational skills are essential for managing classroom activities, planning lessons effectively, and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to support their development.

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
