We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients team on a permanent basis located in Lichfield.

As part of the Customer Service Team, the role will involve:

* Managing & responding to incoming calls, emails and online chat queries

* Managing order portals ensuring all information is kept up to date

* Developing product & technical knowledge to ensure a high quality service is provided and all queries are dealt with in a timely manner

Previous experience/skills required:

* Customer service/account management experience

* An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly

* Experience in handling technical/product related queries

* A friendly and helpful attitude

* Excellent IT skills including MS Office

Working hours:

* Monday to Thursday 08:30 -17:00

* Friday 08:30 - 16:45
