Job Title: Reception Teacher - September Start

About Us: We are working closely with a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Wellingborough, dedicated to providing exceptional education and nurturing every child's potential. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join them starting in September 2024.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of Reception students.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
Communicate regularly with parents and carers to provide updates on students' progress and well-being.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Early Years/Foundation Stage, preferably in a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early years education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a commitment to providing engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
