FMCG - National Accounts Executive – Fast track career role

The business is a high growth Branded FMCG Food business, with established sales of almost £15m and who are part of a £300m European Food Group.

The role reports into the Sales & Marketing Director and will work closely with the Managing Director and other members of the business in Sales, Logistics, Finance and Technical

This role will present the opportunity for a talented sales & Marketing professionals to get rapid exposure to major customers and fast track their career through strong coaching in all commercial areas of FMCG.

Key roles and responsibilities include: -

* Maximising range and distribution in existing Retail accounts

* Helping to develop retail accounts for our Supplier partners

* Delivering optimal promotional plans, where listed

* Launching new branded product ranges at annual range changes

* Best in class day to day account management including analysis on the Retailer portals

* Effective cross functional collaboration with department heads and appointed Suppliers overseas

The ideal candidate

* 3 years’ + experience in FMCG ideally across branded ambient product ranges but certainly branded food products

* Thrives in an ambitious and fast paced environment

* Great at working within cross functional teams

* Exemplary commercial acumen & negotiation skills

* Effective networker and relationship builder

* Available to travel to Europe for meetings with Supplier partners, where required
