We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks related to groundwork operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, laying pipes, and backfilling excavations.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools used in the construction and maintenance of grounds.
- Assist in the installation of irrigation systems, landscaping, and other outdoor projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Experience:
- Prior experience in grounds maintenance or construction is esential
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
- Experience supervising or managing a team
