As the Registered Manager with CQC you will be responsible the day to day running of the office promoting the organisation and ensuring that the business achieves business targets and full compliance with quality and legislative standards.

This is an exciting new opportunity to develop the branch and with the support of your senior leadership team grow the business across the area.

Responsibilities:

Be the registered manager with CQC
Manage daily branch operations to ensure cost-effective and efficient service delivery
Assess branch performance against weekly and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records
Manage branch-level complaints
Oversee a team of Field Care Supervisors
Identify training and development needs for all branch staff
Present to prospective new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
Handle key account management and advise on pay rate changes
Ensure effective staff placement to meet client needs
Manage the accurate processing of weekly timesheets via Webroster

Experience:

Experienced registered manager with the L4 or L5 qualification.
Computer literacy
Passion for managing and driving excellence
Excellent organizational skills
Strong leadership qualities

Benefits:

Salary c£40,000pa neg doe
28 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays), increasing annually by 1 day up to a maximum of 33 days over 5 years + additional day off for your birthday
