Digital Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their agency team, supporting growing clients through creative social media marketing. Within this role, you will be integral to the success of client social media campaigns, demonstrating a creative yet strategic and growth mindset. The successful candidate will recognise the importance of using creative courage and data led insights across social media platforms to ensure any opportunity to grow a brand and business within a crowded space is harnessed to its full potential.
What you can expect:
* Competitive salary: £28k - circa £32k per annum, depending on experience
* Working structure: Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office based in rural Leominster, with a flexible working policy
* Annual leave: 28 days holiday incl. statutory holidays plus your birthday off and one additional day off for each year of service up to 5 additional days

What you will be doing:
* Planning, creating, and managing paid social media and email campaigns
* Daily analysis and optimisation of campaign and content performance
* Reporting on campaign and content performance
* Scheduling and posting organic content
* Reviewing content for your clients before hitting publish
* Community engagement – responding to audiences across client channels using the relevant TOV
* Developing and maintaining relationships with social media platform representatives
* Liaising with clients on content approvals and changes, and day-to-day client requests and feedback
* Briefing the content production team so they can plan and produce client content
* Influencer outreach and management
* Samples management
* Arranging and managing brand collaborations and giveaways on channel for clients
What we are looking for:
* Experience with media planning and building paid advertising campaigns across social platforms
* Experience scheduling content for key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok)
* Proficiency in GA4 and platform-specific Ads Dashboards
* Experience working across key social channels from both an organic and paid advertising perspective
* Very good communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients
* Experience in reporting on social media analytics and turning insights into actionable plans.
* Monitoring social trends, reacting when relevant
* Knowledge of the latest developments in Social Media
* Preferable food, drink and FMCG brand experience
* Previous agency experience would be ideal
