The Role of an Aftersales Manager:

Possess extensive motor industry experience, in an Aftersales Manager or similar position at management level.   
Conduct regular 1-1's, audits, reviews with staff and sites
Knowledge of the operational running of a workshop and business administration.  
Knowledge of customer and market analysis.
Must be experienced in people management, particularly in terms of achievement through teams. 
The Company seeking an Aftersales Manager:

An established and well-respected national commercial vehicle sales company, who are backed by a major, global manufacturer 

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Aftersales Manager, Supervisor, Depot Manager, Service Manager, Foreman or similar.
