Role Overview

Responding to customer enquiries by providing prices, product information, quotes and samples
Processing Stock and Indent customer orders - completing administrative processes to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time
Using our Customer Relationship Management system to gather and retain key information to support the next call, deepening your relationships and communicating with the wider team
Supporting the Field Sales team in developing their customer portfolio by proactively selling products/services
Interacting and trading with suppliers by providing detailed order information to meet specific customer needs
Maximising customer sales by offering added value options in pricing, services, and products
