OPPORTUNITY

You will be the Mechanical Supervisor, leading a team of Plumbers / Mechanical Engineers, working along side all other trades such as: Carpenters, Electricians, Cleaners, Painters, Administrators.

This role is one in which you will be able to created a better future for others.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Ensuring safety regulations are met at all times
• Hands on Mechanical Maintenance
• Supervising Plumbers / Mechanical Engineers
• Attending team meetings
• Responding to PPM / Emergency Mechanical related works
• Safety Audits
• Working closely with the Mechanical Plumbing Team & Other Trades

REQUIRED

• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations
• Familiar with Legionella / Water Safety Regulations
• Experienced in Boiler Systems
• 1+ Years experience Supervising Staff
• Plumbing Quals – NVQ2/3

Desirable: Up to date First Aid / EL1/EL6 / Industrial Heating
