Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with Key Stage 1 students or in a similar educational setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with individual students, providing tailored support that helps them excel academically and socially.
• Assist in planning and delivering targeted intervention sessions to help students catch up and thrive.
• Partner with experienced teachers to create an inclusive learning environment that celebrates each child’s unique strengths.
• Provide support for students with SEN, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.
