Plastic Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our expanding client in the Telford area. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for using various tools and techniques to fabricate and assemble plastic components. This is a role ideal for someone looking for an new opportunity and to learn multiple skill sets in a bespoke industry

Job Role

* Fabricate and assemble plastic parts according to specifications

* Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and bend plastic materials

* Read and interpret engineering drawings

* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet standards

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve fabrication issues

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience/Requirements:

* Previous experience as a plastic Fabricator or similar role

* Proficient in stick welding and other welding techniques

* Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in fabrication

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision

The package

* Negotiable pay rate starting at £12 but this can be discussed.

* 12 week temporary to permanent role

* Standard working week is 40 hours but there is an opportunity to work more.

* Opportunity to learn a niche skill set within bespoke industry
