Position: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Telford

Salary: £24 per hour - Contractor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join a growing automation business in the Telford area. The role involves assembling and testing specialized, large-scale Cable Handling Equipment.

Experience required for the Mechanical Fitter vacancy:

Assembly of cable handling machines with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
Proficiency in fitting hydraulic systems and utilizing pipe bending techniques.
Construction of mechanical machines with tight tolerances
Proficiency in deciphering complex mechanical diagrams, including hydraulic schematics.
Identify assembly faults and rectify faults.
Machine testing before sending completed machine to customer.
