* Working with the Sales Team to provide customer order/quote history prior to visits

* Generating quote information for Sales Team, assisting with developing sales strategy

* Managing and analysing reports for Sales Director

* Maintain accurate information on the company CRM database

The ideal candidate will be:

* Confident communicator, with a polite and friendly manner

* Excellent attention to detail

* Highly organised

* Good excel skills

* Experience in Sales/Customer Service or Telesales

* Team player

* Positive attitude

The role is a full time, permanent position and is fully office based.
