Night FLT Drivers Needed

We are currently recruiting for experienced Night FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work with our client based in Northfleet, Kent.

The ideal candidate must be reliable, driven and conscientious worker who takes pride in his work and care of the tools he uses.

The role will involve moving pallets around the yard and into the factory, loading and unloading vehicles, other general duties. Work will be based outside.

Temp to Perm Role - Immediate start.

You'll be starting this role as temp for the first 3 months, then you'll have the opportunity to go on permanent. Also, the right candidate will have the opportunity to boost his income by completing First Aider and H&S courses.

Shifts: 4on-4off

Hours : 18:00 to 06:00

Temp Pay Rate: £13.70 p/h

Perm Salary (rising every year for the first 5 years ) :

Year 1: Days - £27,500; Nights - £28,500

Year 2: Days - £29,000; Nights - £30,000

Year 3: Days - £30,500; Nights - £31,500

Year 4: Days - £32,000; Nights - £33,000

Year 5: Days - £33,500; Nights - £34,500

Accredited FLT counterbalance licence is essential for this role.
