The role of Field Service Engineer is:

* To provide effective and technically competent breakdown and preventative maintenance services to products and systems at a variety of customer sites.

* 80% servicing pressure washers and floor care machines 20% servicing road sweeper municipal machinery.

* The Field Service Engineer will identify and communicate to customers, solutions and problems they encounter with the performance of their equipment such as repair and maintenance.

* To identify changes to individual customer contracts in terms of equipment covered, customer contact information and site requirements and feedback of such information.

* To ensure that any customer reports are completed professionally, and the outcome and recommendations of any visit.

* Provide customer with advice to ensure they are maximizing the potential of their machines.

These commercial machines are used in a variety of industrial, automotive, manufacturing, public sector and logistics settings. The Candidate for the Field Service Engineer

* Experience as a Field Service Engineer (Electro mechanical or electrical or mechanical).

* Experience servicing equipment such as /diesel Engines, Vehicle Electrics, industrial machines, municipal equipment, plant hire, capital equipment, pressure washers, hydraulics, pneumatics, heavy automotive, light automotive, cleaning machines, FLT Forklift Trucks, horticultural / agricultural machinery material handing MHE, White Goods etc are of interest.

The Package on offer for the Field Service Engineer

* £38,000 rising to £39,250

* Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week

* Overtime available up circa £50k

* Fully expensed company vehicle

* 25 days annual leave plus stats / increases with service
