Welding Supervisor

We are currently looking for a welding supervisor / QA for a fabrication shop in South Tyneside.
This is a permanent role in a well established company with a stable stream of long term work.
The role:
* Assist in maintenance of ISO1384 and BSEN1090 quality standards
* Manage welding procedures and certs for welders
* Liaise with third party inspectors and clients regarding quality
* Be the main point of contact for all the welding produced by the company
* Visual and dimensional checks and assistance when required
This role would suit someone with a welding supervisor/QA background in a fabrications environment.
The salary is 45-50k on dayshift with life insurance etc as part of the overall package
