Location: Pontypridd
Hours: 42 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 to £39,000 per annum (plus Bonuses & Overtime)

Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
Contribute to a positive team culture and excellent customer service experience.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair).
