Our client, a large Aerospace and Defence supplier is looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join them on a contract basis at their site in Southampton.
Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be willing to go through basic security checks.
Fully onsite due to the nature of the role.
£15 p/h PAYE.
12 month initial contract.You will be required to carry out a range of Manufacturing tasks using the site Process Work Instructions.
The role includes being able to:
Work in line with business processes and procedures, SAP, and local Inspection standard Operating processes
Accurately perform the required Manufacturing Processes in line with the site Quality Procedures
Control and Process all relevant Manufacturing & Quality documentation
Support Perpetual inventory checks.
Completion of All product types through the required processes
Maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability
All training for the roles advised will be provided
What we are looking for:
You must be computer literate and be able to complete set tasks accurately & precisely.
Neat and tidy work ethic in line with 5s principles
Manually dexterous.
Must be prepared to work as part of small, closely knit team who can work unsupervised to complete set tasks.
Able to review and follow and carry out Quality Instructions
Liaise with support functions to ensure customer deliveries are maintained at all times
Be flexible and able to support a number of Process operations - these include cleanrooms (at Class 6 Standard) and Controlled Working Environments
