Area Sales Manager – Mortar Paving Systems

Area to be covered: South

Remuneration: £45,000 + 8% bonus

Benefits: hybrid company car, private healthcare, life insurance, 7.5% pension + 29 days annual leave and exceptional benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone Mortars will involve:

* Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high quality mortar paving systems such as: joining, priming, bedding, pointing and adhesives

* 50% of your time will be spent selling to contractors

* 40% selling to builders merchants and the remaining 10% getting specified via architects & engineers

* Inheriting an area turning over £3m

* 250+ existing accounts to manage

* Will be expected to generate new business however majority of your time will be spent managing existing relationships

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Natural Stone Mortars experience with:

* Must have sold to a mixed route to market via contractors, specifiers and merchants

* Ideally from a related product background however open to all building products / materials

* Must be able to present – ideally CPD experience

* IT Literate
