Composite Laminators wanted for F1 Team.

As a Composite Laminator, your key responsibility will be to support the 2024 F1 season, predominantly by producing composite components to a high standard and to tight deadlines. Other responsibilities include;

- Handle composite materials and follow established safety procedures.

- Hand laminate composite components to specifications provided by project engineers.

- Prepare components for oven and autoclave processing utilising vacuum bagging practices.

- Preparing tooling patterns and moulds using chemical sealers and release.

- Consult and resolve quality issues as they arise, in consultation with project engineers.

We would expect you to have Laminating experience with pre-preg Ideally, a motorsport background but other sectors are considered. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
