Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to a Year 6 child with complex needs.
Implement and adapt learning activities to meet the child's specific needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure the child's individual education plan (IEP) is followed.
Assist with personal care and support during school activities.
