Key Responsibilities:

Assist the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities, including lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to help with understanding class materials and improving learning outcomes.
Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring each child is included and able to progress at their own pace.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing materials, organizing classroom resources, and maintaining student records.
Supervise students during non-classroom activities (e.g., lunch, recess) to ensure safety and wellbeing.
Collaborate with the teacher and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Key Requirements:

A recent graduate with a degree in education, or an aspiring teaching assistant looking to begin a rewarding career in education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and supportive attitude towards students.
Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and contributing to their growth and development.
A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A willingness to learn and develop professionally, with the ambition to progress in the field of education.
