Position: SEN Cover Supervisor 
Salary Range: £95- £115 per day 
Location: Penzance 
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role: 
As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will be instrumental in promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment for students. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies as a SEN Cover Supervisor. 

Providing one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges. 

Collaborating with the school's SENCO and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans. 

Supporting the overall well-being of students and contributing to a positive school ethos. 

Qualifications: 

Relevant experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. 

Understanding of behaviour management strategies and their application in a school environment. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs. 

Relevant qualifications in education or psychology would be advantageous. 

To work with GSL Education, you should: 
 
Have the right to work in the UK. 
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years. 
Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
