We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our client's inclusive team in a specialist hospital. This full-time Registered Nurse role is based in a centre of excellence in Bedford and offers a salary of up to £39,203p/a depending on experience, with two performance-related bonuses paid each year up to 10% of your annual salary.
This role will be based in a new hospital in Bedford. You will work a four-day week, starting 7.30am to 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays. Overtime is available as and when required.
If you were already in this Registered Nurse role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:
Administering drugs according to the NMC guidelines for the safe and secure handling of medicines
Undertaking all care for patients whilst in the hospital, including diagnostic tests and post-operative care
Assisting with stock control, ensuring realistic par levels are maintained, and all items are readily available
Ensuring patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR lawsTo apply for this nursing role, you will need relevant nursing qualifications (RGN) and a current NMC PIN. You will also require the following:
A minimum of six months experience in a similar role
A current DBS
The ability to work as part of an inclusive and collaborative teamYou will receive an excellent salary up to £39,203p/a and extensive benefits package in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility including 2 x annual bonus, 33 days holiday, private pension scheme, private healthcare amongst others.
