Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join an excellent organisation who work in the retail design industry. They are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills. You will be responsible to provide comprehensive day-to-day support to ensure a high-quality experience for one of their key clients

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidate to support a small busy team in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. It is a brand-new opportunity, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can hit the ground running and mould the role around the existing Project Managers within the team. This role has a development opportunity to progress to a Project Manager

The role will include,

* Assisting PM throughout life cycle of a job, in particular:

* Research & costing

* Material orders & managing external suppliers

* Dispatch admin (load lists, commercial invoices, centre bookings, delivery bookings)

* Liaising with factory, quality checking and keeping key stakeholders (Senior PM / PM) informed

* Installation support (store surveys, fitters packs, RAMS documents, Whatsapp reporting, wrap up decks)

* Accounts admin (raising POs, invoicing)

* Managing small projects alone with support from managing PM

Ideal candidate will have:

* Experience of working in a similar, fast pace environment.

* Exceptional organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have proven experience with prioritising conflicting deadlines

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good attention to detail with the ability to work accurately

* Ability to be flexible and adapt to ever changing requirements and deadlines.

* Proficient in the use of MS Office software including Word and Excel.

* Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately

* Experience of being pro-active, to work independently and able to use their own initiative.

* Have the confidence to suggest better ways of working and process improvement.
