We are looking to appoint a Fleet Administrator.

Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00

We need you to be a quick thinker and who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys a busy admin desk.

The job

* Input customer requests on company systems

* Update status of jobs as they progress

* General administration

* Update maintenance for vehicles and equipment

* Generate and distribute daily/weekly ‘Flash Reports’

* Professional and adaptable approach to work and working hours with availability to work core hours with flexibility to meet operational requirements

* Strong IT skills comprising Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (training will be given on Company specific software systems)

* Some experience of using an accounts system would be an advantage but no essential.

This is a role for someone that would love to progress into Transport planning position.
