Building Surveyor

Contract Length: 6 months initially
Location: Manchester
Pay Rate: Up to £475 pd Umbrella

IR35: Inside

Our Rail client is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to undertake annual property inspections and report on their building assets (stations, depots and lineside buildings) to the Route Asset Manager - to enable development of robust asset management strategy and ongoing maintenance and renewal plans in line with safety priorities and budget allocation. There will be lots of travelling required, as the route spans from Crewe to Carlisle.

Essential Criteria

* Educated to HNC / HND level or equivalent in Building Studies

* PTS

* Experience in surveying asset property portfolios

* Strong communication skills

* Full Driving Licence
