Job Title: Site Director – Multi-Site Operations (Chilled Food Manufacturing)
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to £150,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
We are supporting a leader in the chilled food manufacturing industry, known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence. With a strong presence in the market, they operate multiple state-of-the-art facilities and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Director to oversee multiple of their key sites.
The Role:
As the Site Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that each site operates at peak efficiency, meeting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is not just about maintaining the status quo – they are looking for a leader who can deliver a culture turnaround, inspiring teams and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of multiple chilled food manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor site managers, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent application of best practices across all sites.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise production processes.
Drive cultural change initiatives, building a workplace culture that prioritises safety, quality, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality assurance, and HR, to ensure seamless operations and the delivery of high-quality products.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
About You:

Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within chilled food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple sites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.
