We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Planner for one of our Longstanding Clients-a leading firm of Land and Property Professionals. Role Overview

As an Architectural Planner, you will play a critical role within the planning and architecture team, responsible for producing high-quality CAD/BIM drawings, preparing detailed planning applications, and conducting comprehensive site assessments. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and consultants to drive projects forward and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

CAD/BIM Drawings: Produce quality drawings, including Land Registry Plans, floor plans, elevations, and details.
Project Documentation: Prepare Scope of Works and initial Briefing Notes for various projects.
Site Assessments: Evaluate development potential, including planning histories, policy analysis, and interpretation of material considerations.
Planning Applications: Prepare and submit detailed planning applications through the planning system.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues to expand knowledge of Planning Law and Practice, and seek opportunities for professional development.
Liaison: Communicate with Case Officers, Clients, and Consultants regarding third-party reports and project updates.
Planning Advice: Provide guidance on farm diversification and asset enhancement opportunities.

About You

Architectural Qualification: Ideally with planning-related modules.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in planning and architectural roles, with at least 18 months in the private sector.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and other graphic packages.
Attention to Detail: Proven experience in producing accurate and attractive drawings for planning applications.
Proactive & Adaptable: Eager to learn new skills, adapt to changes, and contribute as a flexible team player.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills: Experience in building and land surveys, strong report writing skills, good keyboard skills, and a full driving license with access to your own vehicle.What's On Offer?
