The Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Maintenance team, working with businesses across the Midlands. This a 360 position, meaning you will be expected to effectively sell our recruitment services externally, as well as find suitable candidates to fulfil the vacancies you generate. There are also various existing clients that we already work with, that will require recruitment support, helping you get off to a flying start.

This is a warm desk, with a large amount of sales data already generated. You will be joining an existing and successful team and be offered a huge amount of guidance and support from an experienced Manager, allowing you to progress through our structure.

Our Ideal Candidate:

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant (from any sector) with a proven track record. We would also consider someone with B2B sales experience who is used to managing sales processes autonomously and would like to step into a recruitment role.
