The Role: As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and development of the students. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing Team Teach strategies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Providing one-on-one and group support to students, addressing their emotional and behavioural needs.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and maintain individual support plans.
Promoting positive behaviour and social skills through targeted interventions and activities.
Monitoring and recording student progress, reporting to senior staff as needed.Key Requirements:

Team Teach trained with a solid understanding of its principles and techniques.
NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable.
Experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly those with emotional and behavioural challenges.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the holistic development of every student.
